2. Job Description:
-
Manage the full lifecycle of multi-material projects — from drawing to installation — including stainless steel, wood, plastic, silicone, zinc casting, etc.
-
Prepare preliminary cost estimates for materials, machining, tooling, and mold costs.
-
Support design improvements and select optimal structures for manufacturing (DFM).
-
Troubleshoot technical issues and work closely with QC to ensure product quality.
-
Communicate directly with customers to receive and convey technical requirements.
-
Source and coordinate with domestic and international suppliers.
-
Monitor production progress, machining, and assembly to ensure technical and timeline compliance.
3. Requirements:
-
College or University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Design, or related fields.
-
Ability to read 2D and 3D technical drawings; proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks…
-
Understanding of manufacturing processes for metals, plastics, and wood; knowledge of material properties and applications.

Experience working in multi-material manufacturing or assembly plants is a plus.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

English communication skills are an advantage.
